1. Information We Collect

• Location Data: We collect your device's precise location only when the app is in foreground to provide core functionality of showing nearby food trucks. Example: When you search for "burgers", we show results within 2 miles of your exact location. Data is processed in real-time and never stored longer than your current session.
• Email Address: Collected solely for account authentication. We implement Sign in with Apple's private email relay when available to protect your identity.

2. Login Services

We provide multiple compliant login options:

• Sign in with Apple: (Fully Guideline 4.8 compliant) Lets you hide your email and only shares your name. No advertising tracking.
• Google Authentication: Only accesses basic profile (name and email) with explicit user consent. You may revoke access anytime.
• Email Signup: Collects only what's necessary for account creation.

All login methods:

• Clearly explain data collection during first use
• Never use login data for advertising without separate consent
• Provide equal functionality regardless of login choice

3. Permission Usage & Purpose Strings

We show exact permission language before requesting access:

• "Allow location access to show food trucks near you? We'll use your precise location only while using the app to display options within walking distance, like showing all taco trucks within 1 mile of your current position."
• "We need your email to create your account. This will only be used for login and order receipts, not for marketing. With Sign in with Apple, you can hide your real email address."

4. App Completeness

This production-ready app includes:

• All features described in App Store listings
• No placeholder content - All text, images, and functions are final
• Full privacy compliance with no "coming soon" features

Our submission includes complete metadata with detailed feature descriptions.

5. Data Security

• Location data never leaves your device unless actively processing a search
• All authentication uses OAuth 2.0 with token expiration
• Regular third-party security audits

6. User Controls

You can:

• See all stored data in Settings > Account
• Export or delete your account with one tap
• Disable location tracking while keeping core functionality
